Our Global Technology Client is looking for a Techbar Engineer with strong communication skills to join their team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 200 Days
Pay Rate: £148/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £167/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Belfast
Requirements:
* Familiarity with today’s technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, Teams VPN’s, BYOD, OneNote).
* Willingness to learn & support bespoke hardware / software used on customer sites.
* Experience logging requests / incidents as they come in (ServiceNow).
* Familiarity with working to SLA’s.

* Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
* Strong communication skills to converse freely and comfortably with small groups and individual customers.
* Passionate about customer service and eager to share that passion with others.

* Clear communication and ability to convey technical solutions to all levels of user.
