Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant: Develop and manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and attract potential candidates using all necessary tools and platforms. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles. Provide consultation to both clients and candidates on market trends, recruitment processes, and career advice. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing through to candidate placement. Required Skills & Qualifications for the Recruitment Consultant: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or a similar sales envionment such as Estate Agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively. High degree of professionalism and the ability to work autonomously. Must be able to drive due to local travel requirements. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
