IT Support Engineer
Location: KidderminsterSalary: £25,000-£35,000 per year

Responsibilities:
* Provide remote support to resolve customer issues, acting as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Engineers.
* Manage complex issues to resolution via telephone, email, and remote-control sessions.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, prioritise and manage open tickets, and monitor responses.
* Ensure customer processes and documentation are up-to-date.
Requirements:
* Hands-on technical experience.
* Proficiency with Windows & MAC Desktop Operating Systems, O365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), VPN systems, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, and Citrix.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
