Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
* Previous maintenance experience on Wind Turbines and able to lead a team on service campaigns throughout the UK and further when necessary.
* Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analyses and repair of wind turbine generator systems in the UK, including clarification of any client queries.
* Ability to work away from home when business dictates.
* Documentation of call-out responses, fault finding, and repair work in service reports, logbooks, and checklists.
* Coordination of external and internal service providers and contractors on site.
* Contact person for client technical queries, such as retrofits and repairs.
* Willing to work and fulfill on-call obligations for out of normal working hours if required (e.g., weekend working).
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Professional training in the electrical engineering sector (electrician, power electronics system, mechatronic engineer) or the equivalent knowledge/experience.
* Familiar with MS-Office operating system.
* Familiar with PLCs.
* High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems.
* Team player, cooperative, interested in further personal and career development.
* Confident personality.
* Able to work at heights.
* Structured worker with technical analytical abilities.
* High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
* Prepared to travel throughout the UK.

Desired Characteristics:
* Previous experience working on GE/Alstom ECO Turbines.
* Electrical/mechanical service or maintenance experience will be an additional advantage.
