Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts administration? DK Recruitment are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a team in Bristol. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the finance function while working in a dynamic and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Raising material, plant, subcontractor, and overhead orders Obtaining pricing quotes from suppliers and coordinating delivery & collection of plant Processing and reconciling plant hire invoices on a monthly basis Arranging PPE and clothing orders for new starters, as well as replacements for existing engineers Ordering tools and equipment for engineers Assisting with purchase ledger duties Supporting the Regional Accountant with any other tasks as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (finance experience desirable) Strong organisational and time-management skills Good attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices/orders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams What We Offer: Competitive salary Flexible part-time hours to suit your schedule Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunities for career growth and development If you’re looking for a part-time role where you can make an impact in a busy finance team, we’d love to hear from you
