About the Assistant Principal role
We are excited to be in the position to recruit an inspirational Assistant Principal to lead our Unit Provision within the school. The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team and will liaise closely with the Principal and Vice Principals, promoting achievement for all their pupils.
The appointed candidate will lead a strong staff team to maintain the highest standards of education, as well as providing excellent pastoral care for all children. You will work alongside an Assistant Unit manager under the supervisor of our Vice Principal and Principal. You will need to be an outstanding teacher and a strategic leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive.
