Job description Contraflow operations in the North of Scotland are growing, and we are seeking hard working individuals to join the business as either as Trainees, or experienced Traffic Management Operatives (TMOs). For Trainees, full training will be provided. For experienced TMOs, we will continue your training and development in line with our employee commitment.
Dyce: Our depot is based in Dyce.
Pay: Trainee rates are based on NMW (£10.00 for U21 and £12.21 for 21+). Experience is based on qualifications, for example, a qualified 12D TMO will earn £13.10 day, £15.20 night, and £16.35 weekend. Average working weeks are 55 hours, anti-social and weekend working is frequently required.

Your progression is beneficial to us and you, so we will work together to see that you progress swiftly, especially from initial trainee rates (your first pay rise would be between 4-6 months usually).
Duties
Working outdoors in all weathers
Set up and maintain Traffic Management Solutions
Heavy Manual Handling
Using mobile apps to log jobs
Adhering to strict health and safety rules
Driving company fleet (note: he are installing outer and inner facing cameras to improve health and safety)
Experience
You must have a valid driving licence (Manual)
Ideally you will have Traffic Management (TM) qualifications
Some experience of outdoor Manual Labour is preferred
Above all, you need to have a good attitude and a strong worth ethic. If you join the business and are not reliable and hardworking, you will not make it past your first month probation.
