Job Description
The Global Solution Strategy team is responsible for understanding the entire suite of Experian’s Global ID & Fraud products and consult with colleagues, clients, and regions to build complex and effective fraud mitigation strategies.
The Global Fraud Strategic Solutions Analyst will be responsible for influencing the development of our CrossCore product to meet market demands by utilising innovative concepts, defining best practices, and building risk strategies by collaborating with Global and Regional product owners, global and regional clients, product managers, and the Global Innovation Team.
You will work closely with Global Product Teams, Regional ID and fraud teams, global and regional clients, and Data Sciences teams to design identity verification and fraud strategies to solve complex business and technical challenges while keeping compliance and regulatory requirements in perspective.
Key Objectives
1. Promote best practices, global fraud trends, and risk mitigation strategies for all Experian Fraud & ID products and external third-party partners that are available via CrossCore as requested by internal customers.
2. Understand end-to-end development, optimisation & implementation of fraud risk capabilities and apply knowledge to influence the CrossCore roadmap.
3. Research, document, and update key industry metrics, regional fraud trends, and case studies that highlight regional clients’ success stories using Experian’s Global ID & Fraud product suite.
4. Support Global and Regional marketing teams with industry expertise and analytics based on Experian product performance as requested.
5. Decipher the differing fraud and business needs of varying regions and clients to establish flexible risk strategies to address region specific needs and enable sales.
6. Consult with Regional Risk Analysts on best practices to help their clients identify where the fraud controls could be improved including, but not limited to, business process evaluation, loss trend analysis, and defect analysis, and deliver recommendations and business justification to client executives.
Qualifications
7. Fraud, risk analytics or risk product management experience
8. Proven track record of converting concepts to analysis to cases for change.
9. Understanding of authentication platforms that engage with partner data, in addition to technical knowledge of flexible workflows and parallel calls.
10. Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to engage at a senior executive level and with key stakeholders in a constructive manner required.
