1. I have 8-12 years of experience in SoC (System-on-Chip) design and verification, with a strong background in verification methodologies and industry-standard tools.
2. I am skilled in developing unit and subsystem-level test benches using SystemVerilog/UVM, with experience in constrained random and metrics-driven verification.
3. I possess proven experience with integrating C models and scoreboarding for efficient verification.
4. I am familiar with firmware code integration in verification environments.
5. I have expertise in AMBA protocols, bus interconnect functional verification, formal verification, and achieving coverage closure.
6. I am proficient in power-aware verification and clock domain crossing (CDC) verification.
7. I have strong experience in debugging test failures and collaborating with design teams to resolve issues.
8. I possess hands-on experience with Verilog, C/C++, SystemC, and scripting languages (TCL, Perl, shell).
9. I have strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, and I thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Your responsibilities:
As a Senior Verification Engineer, I will deploy advanced verification methodologies like UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) and Formal Verification from a fully remote location in the UK. I will be responsible for developing and maintaining testbenches, UVCs (Universal Verification Components), C models, and reusable verification environments for SoC projects. Collaborating with design and systems engineers, I will develop comprehensive test plans based on design documents, write SystemVerilog assertions, and perform coverage analysis. I will also build frameworks for regression testing, run power-aware simulations (UPF), and debug regression failures alongside cross-functional teams. I understand that automation is key, and I will use Python/Perl scripting to enhance workflows and team efficiency. Clear documentation for all verification processes and components will be required, and I will assist in cross-team debugging efforts when necessary.
