The ideal candidate will perform a hybrid functional/technical role, liaising with customers to deliver functional and technical development solutions within the client's HCM capability, delivering services principally against Oracle E-Business Suite products.
Your Experience and Skills:
* An excellent technical capability, including an understanding of HCM data structures.
* The ability to use Oracle development tools for incident/problem analysis and complex change work e.g., PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF.
* A wide functional breadth of Oracle product knowledge within the HCM suite, principally to include Payroll, Core HR and Employee & Manager Self Service.
* Previous experience of working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL based working practices.
