We are looking for a passionate and skilled HCPC Registered Podiatrist to join our South Staffordshire Podiatry Team. As a valued and dedicated member of our team you will specialise in assessing, treating, and managing complex footproblemsin high-risk patients. You will be at the forefront of health education and will contribute to our commitment to excellence., As a Podiatrist within our service you will be expected to assess service users and formulate, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of treatment/care support for individuals, families and carers. As part of this role you will also be expected to: Use professional knowledge and judgement to take into account the range of care/support packages and treatment options available. To consider each service user's personal circumstances and preferences in order to implement and adjust programmes of care and intervention. Work with service users to develop outcome focused treatment / support Work in a variety of clinical settings including both domiciliary and clinic. Establish and maintain effective working relationships both within the organisation and external organisations
You will be able to make a real impact within our service by collaborating with our advanced clinicians as well as district nursing teams, tissue viability nurses and local integrated teams. Utilising your excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will drive initiatives to improve and enhanceoutcomes for patients. The role requires you to hold a Health Care Professions Council registration and to be able to work across a variety of locations in the South Staffordshire district including clinic and domiciliary settings with would therefore require suitable ability to travel across a large geographical area.
