Digital Content Officer (Social and Email)
Full Time (37.5 hours Monday to Friday) Permanent | £26,175 - £29,083 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits | Location: Hybrid or Remote

They are looking for a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content creation, focusing on social media and email marketing. This role will be key in shaping the digital presence of the Society, helping to engage and inspire action in support of their vision: No more broken bones. No more broken lives.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager within their dynamic Marketing and Communications team, you will possess an eye for design and the ability to create compelling content across various digital platforms that inspire action, raise awareness, and engage key audiences across social media and email. Utilizing a mix of content formats—including video, graphics, user-generated content, and testimonials—you will bring stories to life in a way that maximizes reach and emotional connection.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
2. Utilize design skills to create visually appealing digital content.
3. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of a range of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
2. Experience in digital content creation, social media platform, and community management.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools and techniques, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.

Location – Ideally, this is a hybrid role (attending the central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month), but they will also consider remote working for the right candidate.
