An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to join our Planned Care Division.
This is a full-time, permanent post supporting a busy division.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work on their own initiative and without direct supervision to provide proactive, comprehensive, high quality and effective senior administrative support to the Planned Care Division (comprising of three directorates - Surgery and Endoscopy, Patient Services and Critical Care, Anaesthetics, Theatres and Pain ), to primarily assist and support the Divisional Director of Operations (DDO), Divisional Director of Nursing (DDN) and Divisional Medical Director (DMD).
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating administrative and financial responsibilities key to the division and be comfortable in taking the initiative to actively preempt and support the senior team. Excellent organisation and communication skills are critical.
