We are looking for a Relationship and Engagement Manager to join our team to promote the use of the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set service (ASC-WDS) across the adult social care sector, as well as the use of the data and intelligence.
The successful candidate will develop strategic plans to promote the ASC-WDS service and our data outputs. Plans are expected to include the production of content to be used across sector networks and events by Skills for Care colleagues, as well as writing and placing articles in trade publications. They will also use influencing and communication skills to ensure ASC-WDS is being promoted by the internal and external teams we work with.
The role is well established in our Workforce Intelligence team. It is currently fixed term until March 2026 to reflect how we’re funded by DHSC. It is expected that the role would last longer and potentially become a permanent role within Skills for Care.
