As an apprentice you will start by completing some of the simpler tasks, but with training and guidance you will be supported to learn more complex practice business admin / reception functions. We exist to create services which make the health and care system work better for everyone. To do that we are focussed on bringing more services closer to the places people live, improving the quality of care, and breaking down the barriers between different types of services. As our customer service apprentice you will be;
* Dealing with patients at front desk and over the telephone - booking appointments
* Processing incoming documentation
* Scanning and filing documents to patient records
* Dealing with queries arising from telephone calls
* Liaising with a variety of clinical staff
