General: · In conjunction with secretaries, organise and prioritise workload on a present and future basis. · Assist with the preparation of inward and outward post on a daily basis. · Assist secretaries to maintain efficient filing and administration systems that allows for prompt retrieval of information and documents. · Assist secretaries to create and maintain information relating to clients and / or their matters. · Scheduling of documents. · File closure. · Assist when required with the preparation of completion documents and presentations. · Typing and amending documents as and when required. · General administrative support to assist the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. · Document Production - Photocopying/Scanning/Printing/Binding KEY ATTRIBUTES · Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; · Flexible approach; · Excellent organisational skills; · Good communication and interpersonal skills; · Ability to prioritise and focus on tasks in hand; · Accuracy.
