This is an exciting time as we embark on a significant capital redevelopment to enhance our services for young people with vision impairment and complex needs. About the Role As Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts, ensuring effective donor engagement and maximising income opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Head of Fundraising with donor communications, ensuring timely updates to both supporters and prospective donors. Researching potential funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, and individual donors. Maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate records of fundraising activity. Reconciling fundraising accounts, working closely with the finance team. Helping to develop impactful fundraising campaigns, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to gather compelling stories and insights. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for making a difference through fundraising.
