As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of circa £57,000, plus a KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company, not to mention a great holiday structure.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized nursing home.
2. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
3. Managing and training staff.

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal Home Manager will have:
1. A nursing qualification (essential).
2. At least 3 years of experience in a nursing home management position.
3. A good knowledge of CQC compliance.
4. Evidence of Good or Very Good CQC inspections.
