We have a full time permanent opportunity to join a well established manufacturing company in this customer service and administration role, focused on providing excellent customer service to clients and managing their administration needs throughout the order process and through to delivery of the finished product. Job duties: Process customer orders into the ERP/MRP system Work with customers to progress orders establishing availability, ensuring timely delivery and keeping internal teams and external customers updated throughout Respond to telephone and email enquiries Resolve customer issues that arise in a proactive, timely manner Skills & experience required: Customer services /administration experience ideally within an office setting. Experience of Customer Service in a manufacturing business would be a strong advantage Computer/technical proficiency such as ERP/MRP and database system experience.
