We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Thorn Cross, a category D prison located in Warrington. The prison holds 429 patients. The successful candidate is likely to spend 70% of their time patient facing, predominantly focusing on patients with long term conditions.
Hours - This role is for 1 shift per week!
The site currently offers shifts within the following hours:
* Monday to Friday - 7.30am-5.30pm
* Weekends & Bank Holidays - 7.15am to 12 noon
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary from £57,603 to £64,471 per annum - depending on experience. (pro rata for part time)

Qualifications required:
* Registered Nurse Adult, Mental Health with current NMC registration or Registered Paramedic with current HCPC registration
* Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification
* MSc in Advanced Practice
* Preferably GP surgery experience
* Able to interpret ECGs
