Location: Tadley/Mortimer
Salary: £30k - £40k Basic (OTE £50k - £55k) – Salary dependent on relevant experience
Hours: Full-time / Permanent

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up or a current Branch Manager seeking a fresh challenge.
Branch Manager Role:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, drive sales, and ensure the team meets performance targets. This leadership role provides autonomy to shape the team, expand market share, and boost revenue growth.
Branch Manager Experience:
Proven experience in estate agency, particularly within a managerial role.
Strong expertise in sales, business development, and networking within the property sector.
Demonstrated success in growing market share and driving revenue.
Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing team.
Full UK Driving License is required.
