We have an exciting opportunity to become a Trainee Deputy Care Manager in our Birmingham Children's home.

Job Requirements
* A Full Manual UK Driver’s Licence
* Experience working as a Residential Support Worker for at least 18 months
* A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
* The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people and have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting
* Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
Experience:
* Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
* Children's Support Worker: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* NVQ Level 3 / 4 Residential Childcare or working towards (preferred)
