Head of Data Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (with hybrid working)37 hours per weekSalary: £72,000 - £80,000 per annum, subject to skills and experienceWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Data to join our team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of our Data Strategy, fostering a culture where data is harnessed to elevate customer service and fuel continuous improvement. You will recruit a small team to establish a robust data governance framework, improve data quality, and develop exception and system reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of insightful dashboards, introduce data literacy programs, manage key data migrations, and build analytics and data engineering capabilities to support long-term success.
