This is a fully remote role and we’re open to applications from anyone based in the UK/EU - however we do like to meet up in person and most of our marketing team hangs out (virtually and in person) in Manchester, UK What You’ll Be Doing Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like: Leading and managing marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring success and timely completion. Writing SEO focused copy and managing lead magnets to attract and nurture our audience with organic lead gen. Setting up and managing Google PPC and social media ad campaigns. Building our email marketing and CRM strategies. Managing and supporting a small but mighty team. Setting up and managing social media campaigns, keeping our channels buzzing with activity. Analysing and reporting on marketing performance, delivering actionable insights to the team. Updating website content using Webflow to keep things fresh and engaging. Overall strategic planning and implementation of marketing improvements and efforts “For this role I'm really looking for somebody who has that overall strategic level of thinking. Somebody who can take one small part of something like a lead magnet on a blog post and figure out how it fits into 20 other areas of our strategies so that we can really make the most of what we are doing. This role is very technical as well so having a strong interest in tech and tools for me as a must. It's also important for me that you are a relaxed person who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Shadow team members to understand how we work. Start to play with some of our tech, see how we use it, and new tools on the horizon. Month 3: Take ownership of some of our projects. Deeper collabs with other departments Begin to propose ideas of tweaks to optimise our efforts Month 6: Deepen your suggestions for improvements and new ideas for our marketing strategy. Share your expertise by training others or refining team processes. Take ownership of several tools so you become the go to person for that tool. Month 12: Be the go-to person for all things digital marketing. Drive group-wide marketing strategies with confidence. Reflect on the amazing results you’ve delivered and celebrate your wins About you We’re looking for someone who: Has solid experience in digital marketing, including managing campaigns, writing copy, and handling analytics. This isn’t your first rodeo. Is confident working across multiple projects and knows how to prioritise like a pro. Is happy dealing with ambiguity. We’re a scale up, so things change often and that’s ok. Can bring creative ideas to the table while keeping data and insights at the heart of decisions. Data first, then Canva. Is a natural communicator who’s comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders. Has a growth mindset and loves learning – you’re always looking for ways to improve and stay ahead. Is tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Webflow, ActiveCampaign, and Google Analytics (bonus points if you’ve used our full list of tools).
