We have an exciting vacancy for an Inside Sales Lead to join our EMEA sales team. We are looking for a tenacious individual with a strong commercial mindset who is able to build maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The incumbent will work closely with the wider LST commercial organisation and in particular the EMEA sales team. Your responsibilities: Deliver the financial targets for the regional accounts/segments assigned in the EMEA Region; Coordinate and support commercial activity (with the CMO sales team in particular) for the Regional accounts; Actively seek, detect develop new business opportunities with new and existing accounts and contribute to LST sales growth target; Act as a first point of contact and lead day to day enquiries for the assigned accounts such as quotations, technical or quality related queries, etc; Coordinate with the supportive functions (Legal, RD, Finance, Production, etc) to ensure that internal resources are aligned to support commercial activity for the assigned segments or accounts; Keep close customer contact, monitor and follow up catalysts demand on an on-going basis and create reliable forecast; Develop and maintain close relationship with the Customer Service Representative of each territory and ensure highest possible level of customer satisfaction; Monitor competitive activity and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies; Attend trade fair and exhibitions as requested; Maintain a fluid communication with the other sales managers globally, and have a view on the relevant global accounts; To take on any other duties which are within the employee´s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Requirements for the role: Degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology or Business Administration; Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial or customer service environment; Project Management skills; Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office); Proven negotiation skills for commercial and legal affairs; Knowledge of LST product range and applications; Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or agrochemicals market; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Excellent command of English, Polish language (both written and spoken).
