If you are an experienced ICT professional looking for your next leadership role, then Streatham & Clapham High School (SCHS) has an exciting opportunity for you. You will join us at an exciting time, as we embark on a new chapter in our digital strategy. We are undertaking a major refurbishment of the ICT teaching facilities over the summer, and we require an ICT Operations and Development Manager to oversee the management, installation, maintenance, availability and integrity of the School's ICT infrastructure from September 2024.
You will also manage our ICT team, monitor and maintain the School's ICT systems, advise staff and respond to support tickets. You will oversee the implementation of new ICT systems, ensuring that they are compliant with GDST requirements and are protected from security vulnerabilities. In addition to this, you will oversee the effective stewardship of ICT resources through regular and robust auditing.
We are looking for an innovative individual, with a strong IT technical background and expertise. Educated to degree level, you will also need the following qualifications:
1. ITIL foundation level qualification
2. Microsoft certifications
3. Google Apps qualification
4. Apple computers certification
You will also need proven experience of:
1. Managing server and network infrastructure
2. Managing third-party service providers
3. Designing ICT systems
4. Resolving complex technical errors
5. Managing a mixed device environment
Excellent leadership skills are essential, as is experience of managing a technical team.
