Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Providing support with stock checks
- Answering customer and client calls
- Organising the office and processes.
- In sole charge of start to end processing of orders and sending out shipments
- Filing and organising of accounts for VAT periods
- Full use of Microsoft Office
- Payment of invoices and chasing payments owed
