Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or a Care Assistant in a healthcare setting? Do you want to develop your career in a private healthcare setting?
We have an exciting opportunity for a strong and empathetic support worker to join our Inpatient team as a Care Support Worker.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the nursing staff in providing exemplary care to patients throughout their stay, from admission to discharge.
This role is ideally suited to a support worker who has previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Clinical Support Worker, or Nursing Assistant in a clinical environment.
This is a 37.5 hour per week post working 3 Shifts Monday - Sunday 07:30 - 20:00 or 19:30 - 08:15 on a rota basis.
Main duties of the job
Role Responsibilities
As a clinical support worker you will:
* Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions.
* Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, post surgery.
* Chaperone patients when required.
* Be willing to undertake phlebotomy when appropriately trained.
* Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
* An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care Certificate
Experience
* Experience working as a support worker in a clinical environment.
