Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
