What the Job Involves This role involves supporting the needs and development of children and young people at risk. You will be responsible for delivering outreach initiatives, planning and evaluating group work programs, and maintaining positive relationships with young people, their families, and community stakeholders. You will work collaboratively to provide tailored support, signpost to positive activities, and reduce community tensions. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a day off in the week when working on Saturday. Skills Proven experience in youth work, particularly in detached or outreach settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and weekends Understanding of issues affecting young people Strong community engagement skills
