Project Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary £38,000 - £45,000 DOE (potentially more for a Senior candidate)

Project Architect Position Overview
1. Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
2. Lead a design team at times
3. Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
4. Occasional site visits
5. Submission of planning / building regulations
6. Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
7. Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
8. Participate in team meetings
Project Architect Position Requirements
1. ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 2+ years' experience within the UK
2. Excellent design and drawing skills
3. Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
4. Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
5. Ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
6. Ability to work successfully within a team
7. Personable, confident, and with a strong sense of team spirit
8. Competent in technical detailing
9. Proficient using AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable
