Inside Sales Manager- Environmental Innovation Join an ambitious start-up in the environmental tech space, pioneering sensor technology that drives sustainability. Having recently secured Series A funding they're scaling quickly and are looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual to help expand our reach in key markets worldwide. About the Role Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and resellers, building strong, long-term partnerships. Respond promptly to incoming sales leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver accurate quotations. Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and grow the sales pipeline. Maintain and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless processes. Represent the organisation passionately at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Oversee administrative duties and contribute to the team's collective success. About You A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Highly organised with excellent time management and adaptability to changing business needs. 3 years of inside sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. A team player eager to contribute to a growing organisation and achieve shared success. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Package Salary : Up to £45,000 base, plus a performance-related bonus Equity : Exceptional equity offering in a rapidly growing business. Hybrid working- 3/4 days a week in Cambridgeshire office.
