The Role Please note if you are applying for this role you must have English and Maths, Grade C or above or an equivalent relevant qualification in Numeracy and Literacy. The successful candidates will have evidence of outstanding classroom practice and be able to develop positive relationships, inspire and motivate, engage and challenge learners to achieve. Candidates should be willing to operate as part of the staff team supporting the learning, wellbeing and personal development of all learners under the direction of Senior Leaders, Teaching and Pastoral staff. Successful candidates may be expected to work in any phase across school, although it is not essential that they have prior experience of each phase.
