About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Hook from January 2025. This flexible role offers both full-time and part-time positions based on your availability. As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include delivering pre-prepared lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will ensure effective classroom management, maintain a positive learning atmosphere, and manage student behaviour in line with school policies. This position is ideal for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) looking to gain valuable experience in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups. Maintain classroom behaviour and foster a productive learning environment. Support students’ learning and development during lessons. Adhere to and uphold school policies and procedures. Assist with other classroom duties as required.
