About the Role: We currently have four positions available within our Children s service. Please specify on your application which Family Hub you are interested in applying for. Newbold Family Hub The post is for a temporary receptionist to cover maternity leave of the substantive post holder at Newbold Family Hub 10 hours per week, hours will be worked between 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm Thursday and Friday. Woodland Family Hub The post is for a temporary receptionist to cover maternity leave of the substantive post holder at Woodland Family Hub 20 hours per week, hours will be worked between 8.45 am and 15.45 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Peripatetic Family Hub 37 hour permanent peripatetic Family Hub receptionist the hours will be managed to meet the needs of the service. Hours will be worked between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekends). Castleton Family Hub 20 hour permanent receptionist the hours will be managed to meet the needs of the service. Hours will be worked between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekends). We are looking to recruit a receptionist who will support the work of Family Hubs. The role includes all front of house, administrative and monitoring activity within the locality in relation to the provision of our Early Help & Early Years offer. You will also be part of the team that ensures the venue is welcoming and appropriate for families who access our service. As part of the administrative support you will be required to complete data monitoring, spreadsheets, Excel documents, MS office applications, petty cash including raising purchasing orders, along with other office based tasks. About Us: You will be line managed by a Children and Family Neighbourhood Lead and work closely with our other receptionists to ensure consistency and a quality approach to the work.
