DHL Air (UK) Ltd is looking to develop and expand its Part CAMO/Continuing Airworthiness Team that is responsible for the oversight of the fleet of Boeing Aircraft. We are looking for someone with a proven background in Maintenance Planning and Technical Records. The Role\: Reporting to the Airworthiness Manager, the Technical Records & Planning Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft technical data is recorded, maintained and logged correctly in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and DHL Air requirements. Working with aircraft flight logs, maintenance records and audits as well as component changes, this job ensures the accuracy of all data, assisting with its use in improving the performance and reliability of the DHL Air Fleet. Other duties include but are not limited to: The transfer of technical log deferred defects to the computer defects log, including details of rectification action taken. Ensuring all work packs are audited and reported into the approved maintenance computer system in order to guarantee that the aircraft status is current and all tasks are reported back correctly. Maintaining an overview of the proposed modifications, Airworthiness Directive, Service Bulletin (reliability & development of the aircraft) through liaison with Design Services and Technical Services including the reporting of all AD’s/SB’s compliances to the type certificate holder. Carry out oversight of all scheduled maintenance check requirements for the allocated aircraft through regular monitoring of the maintenance forecast in TRAX, including planning, when required. Requirements: The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will be highly organised, with excellent time management skills, evidenced by your ability to manage and record large amounts of data quickly and accurately. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and experience of task planning, ideally within a records department. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The applicant must have proven experience in a Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation. They must have a good understanding of EASA and CAA Regulations. TRAX experience would be an advantage.
