DCT Recruitment are seeking experiences Head of Sales and Lettings for our client based in Liverpool.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nDuties and responsibilities include:\n·\tManage and provide expert leadership to a team of 3 in our busy Lettings department, where our team oversees over 750 units across 150 houses.\n·\tExpand and optimise the rental portfolio, working closely with our Director to identify possible weaknesses and opportunities for growth\n·\tReporting on the performance of the department through management of KPI’s. \n·\tDeveloping and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords. \n·\tActively seeking & signing up prospective landlords and conducting their rental appraisals\n·\tEnsuring maximum utilisation of rooms, maximising income.
\n·\tLiaising with tenants & landlords, always providing outstanding customer service\n·\tOverseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks\n·\tTaking the lead on producing marketing material for our rental units \n·\tManaging and monitoring rent reviews and increases across the portfolio \n·\tWorking closely with the Property Management team to ensure efficient operations \n\nCandidate requirements:\n·\tMinimum 5 years’ experience in the industry \n·\tThorough understanding of Lettings\n·\tArla qualified (preferable) \n·\tComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft office\n·\tDesire to be an integral part of a thriving team\n·\tHigh level of verbal and written communication skills\n·\tFull Driving Licence and use of own car\n·\tStrong and Confident telephone manner\n·\tExcellent time & organisation skills\n·\tExcellent attention to detail and following processes\n·\tKnowledge of local area preferable\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nNormal working hours: Monday to Friday 9-7pm – mange own hours that meets business needs\n\nSalary: £30, 000-£35,000 per year basic salary, plus bonus favorable scheme.\n\nCompany benefits\n\n·\t20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and birthday\n·\tAdditional 1 days paid holiday with every year of employment \n·\tStaff incentives/Employee bonus scheme\n·\tRegular team events/dinner/lunches\n·\tEmployee wellness programme\n·\tMileage allowance of 45p per mile\n\nTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed) or call on (phone number removed)
