The post holder will have responsibility for planning and carrying out maintenance of training records for the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division. Main duties of the job To be responsible for delivering educational training programmes in the prevention and therapeutic management of behaviours which challenge and associated topics. Identify opportunities to enhance service improvement through training to safeguard the organisation’s reputation and legal standing. Understanding the nature of challenging behaviours within the division and assis t on deciding the most efficient and effective approaches where there are number of options available. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
