Full Time 37.5 hours per week
£13.06-£13.30 per hour
• Enhancement for direct support work hours during the hours of 8pm-7am and for all hours worked at weekends paid at extra 0.15p per hour

Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in Learning Disability? Desirable Level 2 (if not willingness to work towards) Essential- The Care Certificate.
Can you lead by example?
We are looking for a Team Leader to support the Service Manager with providing additional support, conducting observations and mentoring, support with the development of the staff rota and deputise for the Service Manager as required. It is also a requirement of the role to take part in the On-Call rota. This role will be working across our two Community Activity centres in Wigton.
Part of the role requires you to be able to travel between sites independently of public transport, as part of the On-Call rota this could be during the night in an emergency situation.
