An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a recognised Chambers UK and Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 2 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base with a variety of employment matters. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.

Firm wide social events Main duties and responsibilities:
Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims;
Attending Employment Tribunals
Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, advising on settlement agreements and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary;
Developing ties with local businesses.
Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
Areas of focus but not limited to: ACAS early conciliation, Employment tribunal claims, Holiday queries, Disciplinary matters, Grievances, Medical incapability, Performance issues, Bullying and harassment. What we need from you:
At least 2 years PQE.
Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of employment matters
Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
Strong analytical, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.
