Role Details
* Salary: £25,000
* Bonus: 10% Performance Related Bonus
* Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

As a Field Sales Executive for Perfetti Van Melle, you will:
* Represent our brand and build strong relationships with key decision makers in the top 4 grocers across your territory, providing excellent customer service.
* Manage distribution, availability, and visibility targets, driving success within your area.
* Enhance brand awareness, educate clients on new products, and execute store activations.
* Work independently, managing your workload to meet targets and qualify for incentives.
* Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, with clear development opportunities.
* Join a positive, performance-driven environment where achievements are recognized and rewarded.
Skills Developed: Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing and Negotiation Skills
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, with a passion for our brands and a drive to succeed. A full manual driving license and the ability to travel within the territory are essential.
