The role…
As the Site Manager your role will involve the following important duties:
1. Manage multiple sites Health and Safety and act as site AP.
2. Supervise all works undertaken and manage subcontractors.
3. Deal with technical issues that may arise.
4. Arrange inductions.
5. Manage schedule of works and provide technical assistance.
6. Compile and write Site/project specific RAMS.
7. Review and comment on Sub-Contractor RAMS & SSOW's.
8. Weekly cost returns.
The experience required…
As a successful Site Manager you will have the following:
1. Full clean UK driving licence to travel across sites.
2. SMSTS and a Black CSCS Card.
3. EUSR Water Hygiene.
4. Mechanical and Electrical background.
5. Full working knowledge of contracted scope of work.
6. Site management experience previously.
7. First aid trained.
8. Confined space certificate.
