About the Role You will play a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s commercial success. You will be responsible for membership sales, customer journey optimisation, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring our services remain engaging, accessible, and financially sustainable. Additionally, you will provide strategic leadership for core business areas, including: Active Communities Programme Dryside and Wetside Courses (e.g. swimming, gymnastics, trampolining) Dance School Programme This role is an exciting blend of commercial leadership, community engagement, and strategic development. You will be instrumental in maximising revenue and participation, building key partnerships, and driving customer satisfaction, all while ensuring long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with the Trust’s business and charitable goals. Drive membership sales and enhance the customer journey to boost engagement and retention. Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and funding opportunities to support growth. Oversee the expansion and operational success of Active Communities, Dryside and Wetside Courses, and the Dance School Programme. Work closely with marketing to deliver effective sales and engagement campaigns. Lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance and customer excellence. Utilise data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. Build strong relationships with community organisations, sponsors, and stakeholders.
