Job Description
We are working with a market leading and globally recognised manufacturing company in the Medway area to resource for a HRBP.
This position involves leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to identify, develop and retain top talent and support the business’ goals. You will foster a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and driving organisational performance whilst effectively managing ER issues.
The role
1. Manage complex ER issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes
2. Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert guidance to resolve workplace conflicts
3. Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters
4. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
5. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices
