Support the Customer Marketing Manager in developing, delivering, and executing innovative & added value business development initiatives, as well as trade and retail marketing support to meet marketing objectives, drive customer loyalty, and support profitable sales growth.

4. Assist the Customer Marketing Manager in developing marketing activities and events for key customers (tyre retailers).
5. Support the sell-in, implementation, and review of business development & trade activation solutions with key customers.
6. Develop impactful POS, merchandise & branding for retail sites, vehicles, employees, and our networks.
7. Coordinate with central & European teams on business development initiatives.
8. Ensure marketing plans are integrated into internal communication processes.
9. Work indirectly with customers through account managers, providing coaching, advisory, and support.
