Duties:
6. Mechanical fault finding/repairs to PLC controlled plant – includes pneumatic and hydraulics
7. Thorough understanding of EHS and a safety culture and familiar with safe system of work (Permit to Work systems)
8. Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
9. Strong communication and organisational skills – able to provide detailed shift reports
10. Experience of working as part of a Maintenance Team on a manufacturing site
11. Demonstrate effective systematic problem-solving skills
12. Able to work autonomously and react quickly in a high-pressure situation
13. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Role Requirements:
14. 2 Years+ Electrical / Electronic Practical Production Engineering Experience.
15. Proven track record in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiative
16. Proficient in electronic fault finding, soldering, and electrical wiring
17. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
18. Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 8D)
19. Competent in electronic fault finding.
20. Understanding of safe working practices.
21. Experienced in root cause analysis and problem solving.
22. PC literate and competent computer skill
