Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with an education provider in Sheffield who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their established team on a full time, permanent basis .
As a HR Advisor you will report directly into HR Manager. This is an onsite role working across two Sheffield sites supporting a headcount of circa 2000 employees. This is a fully generalist role overseeing the full employee lifecycle whilst adhering to Ofsted and CQC policies and regulations.
As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues and processes
2. Managing an ER caseload including long term sickness, grievances and conducting investigations
3. Ensuring new starters have been correctly vetted and are compliant with legal framework
4. Ensuring HRIS information and processes are kept up to date
5. Re-writing and updating HR Policies
6. Supporting the recruitment team with recruitment processes and selection
7. Advising the management team on workforce planning
The right person for the role will have at least 1 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role within an educational setting and ideally have a CIPD qualification.
