Outline of Role: To manage daily operational resource, performance and workload throughout the warehouse and supply chain. Be a part of the on-site management team and liaise with customer as and where necessary. Control implementation of team briefings, training, and development. Responsible for stock integrity control measures Essential Requirements to be successful in the role: You will need to be able to demonstrate: Responsible for managing the warehouse function to ensure best practice is in place to increase efficiencies and improve service levels, Manage warehouse function to ensure workload planning from office schedules into warehouse picking plans, Manage warehouse shift pattern and labour management, Implementation of group HR and H&S policies for the site, Liaison with group and customers for quality and continuous improvement, Team training and development, A requirement to have a counterbalance and reach truck licence. Responsible for stock integrity through the WMS system throughout the site, Develop & maintain operational relationships within Sigma management and teams. External relationship with parcel and third-party haulage carriers, Mandatory requirement for all roles - to comply with GDPR Principles.
