Job Title : CT Radiographer Banding: Band 6 Location : Taunton Start: ASAP Duration : 3 months Rate : £ 26 - per hour Working hours: 3 times per week, 8:00am-20:00pm We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 CT Radiographer to join our client team in Taunton. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality CT imaging services using GE and Siemens scanners. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care. What will your responsibilities be : As a Band 6 CT Radiographer, you will be responsible for conducting CT scans, interpreting images, and providing accurate reports. You will ensure the safe operation of GE and Siemens CT equipment, adhere to radiation safety protocols, and maintain detailed patient records. Your role will also involve preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and contribute to the continuous improvement of our radiography services. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Radiography or equivalent HCPC registration Minimum of 2 years' experience in CT radiography Proficiency in operating GE and Siemens CT scanners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Why work with Pulse?
