What youll be doing As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning through to execution and performance measurement. This fixed-term role, running from 1st May 2025 to 30th June 2026, is an exciting opportunity to drive the shift from one-off campaigns to integrated, always-on marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention. You will primarily focus on awards and events marketing, ensuring the successful promotion and engagement of key industry events and recognition programmes. Working closely with Digital Marketing Executives, Marketing Campaign Executives, and other specialists, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive attendance, participation, and awareness. By leveraging a blend of digital and offline channels, you will ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives while maximising audience reach and engagement. Collaboration is key in this role. Youll work alongside creative teams, digital specialists, sales and engagement teams, and external agencies to develop and implement high-quality campaigns that drive measurable results. What we hope you can bring to the role Were looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in campaign management and digital marketing, particularly within awards and events promotion. Youll have a proven track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns, working across digital ads, email, social media, partnerships, and events to create engaging, results-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and commercially minded, with experience in using data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI. Youll also have excellent stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with teams across marketing, sales, and engagement to ensure a seamless customer journey. Experience in audience segmentation, personalisation, and CRM-driven marketing would be advantageous, along with knowledge of budget management and performance reporting.
